Atlas generates operational rosters using a deterministic scheduling engine designed for regulated environments such as control rooms, emergency response centres, and critical infrastructure operations.
Roster Generation Process
Roster creation begins with the definition of operational coverage requirements. The Atlas scheduling engine then allocates staff to shifts based on role eligibility, contractual limits, and regulatory compliance constraints.
- Staff eligibility and role permissions
- Contracted working hours and availability
- Regulatory compliance rules
- Operational coverage requirements
Deterministic Validation
All shift assignments are validated at the point of creation. If a shift violates a configured rule such as rest period requirements or overlapping assignments, the system rejects the operation before it can be saved.
