Terms of Service

Access is granted strictly for the purpose of operational roster management, compliance validation and audit. You must not use the service for any purpose that breaches applicable regulations or safety standards.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

While Shift Craft | Atlas provides compliance validation against defined rulesets, the final responsibility for operational safety and legal compliance rests with the organisation. Shift Craft excludes liability for operational decisions made using the platform to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
